What To Expect
Looking for something totally different while visiting Central Florida? The Basic Drill is the perfect introduction to the world of tactical training — combining safety, strategy, and immersive fun in one unforgettable experience.
Start with professional coaching on handgun handling and firearm safety, then test your skills on our simulated shooting range using realistic, non-lethal equipment. You’ll try techniques that traditional ranges don’t allow — like drawing from a holster, angled shooting, and engaging targets on the move.
Next, apply what you've learned in one of our hyper-realistic scenarios that puts your decision-making to the test. Identify threats, use cover, and communicate effectively with your partner — all while under pressure.
You’ll also run our Competition Course, where you'll take down targets and navigate obstacles for speed and accuracy! Between scenarios, you’ll learn practical, life-saving skills like how to disarm a threat or apply a tourniquet.
This is a limited selection of DTAC’s full offerings — perfect for first-timers, casual thrill-seekers, and anyone curious about tactical experiences without live fire, VR gear, or projectiles.
