You may contact us by email, WhatsApp or tex messages.Passengers will receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher once your plane lands. The passengers have 45 min in grace from the flight landed (only for the domestic flights).We have safe and clean vehicles, and commercial insurance is covered. Our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but are stroller accessible. Infant seats are available upon request.Luggage Policy: Each passenger is allowed one suitcase or piece of luggage. The total luggage capacity is based on the capacity of the vehicle. A single stroller is considered one suitcase, and a double stroller is considered two suitcases. If you are traveling with additional luggage or require more space for your luggage, please contact us in advance so we can verify the available space and make the necessary arrangements.Gratuities are not included in the service rate and are additional.Once you’re in the vehicle, you will be whisked away safely and comfortably in your privately chauffeured vehicle.You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
