We are from the UK. We absolutely love it at Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, city walk and Volcano Bay. This is our 4th time visiting these amazing places. Every time we visit we are never disappointed. Everyone is so friendly.Please please consider opening up a new water park! I love Volcano Bay 🌋

Came in on a busy Friday lunch. Line at the kiosk was longer than usual but moved quickly. Food came out in about 20 minutes. Both the steamed Hainanese chicken and the iced Thai tea were as good as any other visit.

Amazing experience with the family. Did park to park one day. Lovely staff. Always smiling and happy to help.

Had the holiday of a lifetimeJust got back from an absolutely incredible holiday! I honestly can't believe how amazing it was; definitely one of the best places I've ever experienced. The rides were out of this world, and the atmosphere was so vibrant. Feeling so refreshed and inspired after this trip! The rides were great, the staff were great, I cannot fault this place one bit! The queues were very long for some rides, so got a express pass which made it even more enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back!

Buy your tickets whilst in Uk it is cheaper. We bought 14 day tickets for all universal and Disney parks, inc water parks and visited all. Universal where more modern but Disney has magic, especially for younger children and nostalgics, Some of the new rides, Hagrids, Gringots, Avatar and the Rollercoasters are fantastic and take ride experiences to a new level and I'm a 72 year old Grandad!

We had a fabulous day—the service and the staff's professionalism were outstanding; 100% recommended. Oh, and...I had an excellent experience with NBS Luxury Transport. The chauffeur arrived on time, the SUV was spotless, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. Professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail made the trip stress-free from start to finish. If you're visiting Orlando and need reliable airport, Disney, cruise, or executive transportation, I highly recommend NBS Luxury Transport. I will definitely use their service again.

It was really fun and I loved it!

AMAZING TIME! What a great day with the kiddos. Pricing is what you expect for a place like this. We made some memories we will hold onto for a long time. Hot weather but bearable. Overall, some of the most fun we have had on our summer trip. Easy location to get in and out of even though its super busy. Great place!

If you're going, get express passes一it's que a bit more, but, if you like the rides, it's worth it.

Perfect day with kids And family

My family frequently visits Orlando, and we go back-and-forth between Disney and universal. Now that my kids are older they prefer universal and I do too. So we purchased tickets through Sam’s Club and got a little bit of a savings along with the dining dollars.com pretend discount. I say pretend because you cannot use the dining dollars at Universal Studios. I am not sure who to blame for this Sam’s Club or universal but either way it’s very misleading and disappointing when you spend hours setting up the account and trying to figure out where you can actually use the dining dollars. Not fun. Let’s put a damper on the experience but overall my kids still had fun. I just want to know everything upfront if I’m buying food for the day, I can budget for that but if I’m told I have $80 voucher for food I expect to save that $80. Don’t fall for the food voucher misleading promo that’s my lesson learned.

Universal theme parks- prepare to stand and walk A loT. Islands of adventure is the better park. I would have saved money and just done that. There actually aren't that many rides here. More of them are experiences and if you like 3D/4D stuff. I don't. Velocicoaster can't be missed. It's epic. Hagrids ride was closed, that was so disappointing. The theming in the park is excellent though. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. Not a great value imo.
