What To Expect
After arriving at Ray Wayside Park in Silver Springs, travelers receive an on-site operation and safety briefing before setting out on a self-guided GoBoat rental adventure. The rental includes the electric vessel, motor, lithium battery, life vest for each passenger, an extendable oar, whistle, vessel registration, and battery disconnect leash. Once on the water, travelers can navigate the scenic Silver River independently, enjoying opportunities to spot wildlife such as rhesus monkeys, turtles, fish, and seasonal manatees while taking in views of the world-famous Silver Springs headwaters. A valid driver's license or photo ID is required, and the renter must be at least 18 years old to complete the rental agreement.
